Blooming Delight Refund and Returns Policy

I really hope that you are happy with your order. I make my cards to the highest quality and describe them in as much detail as possible, to avoid any disappointment when they arrive. If, however, you receive goods from me that do not meet your expectations, please email me at valerie@bloomingdelight.co.uk to arrange your refund.


Return items in an unused and re-sellable condition within 21 days for a refund or exchange.


Delivery charges, return postage charges are non-refundable, unless the goods are faulty.


I will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 7 working days of its receipt, or will despatch to you an alternative where agreed. I recommend you send the goods back via 1st class post and obtain a free ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office. The goods will remain your responsibility until it has arrived at the return address. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.

Commissioned orders are not refundable, as once personalised, they are not re-sellable. When you place a commissioned order, I will send you a proof copy of the wordings you have supplied, once you email me back to say you are happy with it, work on your card will begin.

PLEASE REMEMBER:
The goods must be returned unused and in its original condition for a refund. If unwanted goods are not re-sellable then a refund cannot be issued.
